Inital Lipedema exercise class assessment
Description
Initial Assessment Requirement: To ensure your safety and tailor the circuit to your specific needs, a 1-on-1 Physiotherapy Assessment is required prior to joining the program. Existing Patients: If you are currently under the care of one of our physiotherapists, an additional assessment is not required. Insurance Coverage: Your initial assessment and each attended exercise session are eligible for Physiotherapy coverage under most extended health care plans. Receipts are issued per completed session in accordance with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario standards. Compression Requirements: Participants must wear an appropriate compression garment during every class. Fittings: If they require a garment fitting, we will arrange this separately to confirm all costs with you before ordering. Pricing & Scheduling Policy: 4-Week Lipedema Circuit Program Package Rate (8 Sessions): $149 total ($18.63/session). Full payment reserves your dedicated staggered time slot on Mondays and Thursdays. Drop-In / Single Session Rate: $50 per individual session (subject to time slot availability). Billing & Receipts: Receipts for private insurance claims are issued after each individual session is attended, reflecting the actual per-session fee paid ($18.63 under the package rate or $50 for drop-in). Insurance receipts cannot be generated for missed appointments. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Because time slots are reserved exclusively in a staggered sequence, 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual session. Missed sessions without 24 hours' notice under the package plan are forfeit and non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue the entire 8-session program early, previous sessions will be recalculated at the standard single-session rate ($50/session), and any remaining balance from your $149 payment will be refunded.
